Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu's tentatively titled Kaleja, being directed by successful dialoguewriter-turned-director Trivikram Srinivas and produced by Singanamala Ramesh Babu under the banner of Kanakaratna Movies with a whopping budget of over Rs. 30 crores, is progressing in Pune.

In Pune, the unit will can key scenes involving Mahesh Babu and Anushka for 20 days. The film has already completed major portions and the shooting will be complete in June. The film is all set for a grand release possibly on August 9, Mahesh Babu's birthday.

After the tremendous success of Athadu, this is the second time Mahesh Babu teams up with Trivikram Srinivas. Kaleja is touted to be an adventurous, comedy-oriented love story. Mahesh Babu plays the role of a taxi driver.

Mahesh babu says recently on Twitter that he is not interested to do the remake films. But the latest news is that Mahesh Babu has agreed to do another movie titled ’Nandalala’ with Jasti Hemambar on Tolly2Holly films banner.That movie is a remake of a Tamil film which has come in famous director Mysskin’s direction.

Jasthi Hemambar has worked as co-drector for some of Mahesh Babu’s movies and has a good rapport with him. Hemambar narrated the story to Mahesh and Mahesh liked it very much and has agreed to do it, it is said.

Mahesh Babu is presently shooting in Saswad, Pune along with co-star Anushka for Trivikram Srinivas’s action movie.

Reports from the film’s unit convey that a last schedule of shooting for the movie is being carried out. This will continue for 20 days. The good news to Mahesh’s fans is that 90% of the movie is complete. With the completion of shoot in Pune, majority of the movie will be over.

A lot of time will be given to the special effects team to work on important action scenes in the movie. Sources say the visual effects will be of high quality and will not be compromised. The film’s unit is planning to wind up the shooting in June and after the special effects and post production, the makers of the movie are contemplating to release the movie on or around Mahesh Babu’s birthday on August 9th.

This is the first time that Mahesh Babu has a long hiatus off the screen. Though visibly present on the small screen through commercials, he has not had a release for a long time. In order to prevent such a thing in the future, he will start working in Srinu Vytla’s movie in the end of June. Reminding IndaGlitz readers, Mahesh also has Surender Reddy’s Mr.Perfect and an untitled project with director Sukumar.

Well, it might had happened three years that Prince mahesh babu has wasted his career with out a single release but still he is hottest star in industry. After ‘Athidi,’ mahesh babu would have never thought that three years would drain off without a release.

Now, he seems to be in a hurry to finalize a bag of projects which go on in parallel. With ‘Khaleja’ of Trivikram Srinivas nearing the completion followed by the movie for Srinu Vytla and Manjula; now the latest to join the list is known to be ‘Nandalala’ with Jasthi Hemambar on ‘Tolly 2 Holly’ movies.

With three movies in pipe line; mahesh babu is all set to regain the lost glory.

After the mega block buster “Athadu” in 2005, both Mahesh Babu and Trivikram have teamed up for the second time. Anushka is playing the female lead opposite Mahesh in Kaleja. The movie is said to be an action-based, adventurous, comedy love story. Singanamala Ramesh is producing the movie under Kanakarathna Movies banner. Mani Sharma is scoring the music. The other stars include Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam and Sunil.

Prince Mahesh babu says recently on Twitter that he is not interested to do the remake films. But the latest news is that Mahesh Babu has agreed to do another movie titled 'Nandalala' with Jasti Hemambar and it is a remkae of a Tamil film with same name which is yet to be released and which has Myshkin and Snigdha Akolkar in the lead roles.
This news is not yet confirmed but we have to wait for the Mahesh Babu's comments on this news.

‘Prince’ Mahesh Babu will act in a new movie titled as ‘Nandalala’.

‘Nandalala’, the title was registered by producer Ganesh Indukuri for his Tolly to Holly films. As of now Jhasthi Hemambaradar fondly called as Bulli will direct this movie. Information about other members of cast and crew are yet to be announced.

Mahesh Babu had recently signed a movie tentatively titled as ‘Samraat’ with director SS Rajamouli. He’s getting busy by the day. Everyone’s eagerly expecting his movie directed by Trivikram. After ‘Athadu’ the duo is coming together, would be fun if the movie releases soon.
